How do I know if I have a personal injury case?

How much will it cost me if I pursue a personal injury case?

We handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that we do not get paid unless we win your case. Our fee is a percentage of the amount of money we recover on your behalf.

How long do I have to bring a lawsuit?

In Pennsylvania the general rule is two years from the date of the accident; however, there are factors which can affect the time you have to bring a claim, such as if the injured person is a minor, in which case the two year statute of limitations does not begin to run until the minor turns 18 or is emancipated as an adult.

Additionally if you have a claim that is based on a contract the time limits can vary greatly.

It is always wise to consult an attorney to determine if you think may have a claim.
